Please note that regardless of cancellation notice there is a non-refundable fee of £5 per room to cover the non-refundable merchant processing fees we incur. This includes bookings made in error.
If you cancel more than 14 days in advance (i.e you let us know more then 14 days before you stay) then only the non-refundable fee of £5 per room will be due.
If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no-show the full cost of the booking will be charged.
Cancellations can only be done via email and you will need an email acknowledgement from us to ensure the booking has been cancelled
Bookings made through an agency i.e. booking.com are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable.
